World

An inbox that fills up on its own

Describe your company once. simmail sends its mailboxes leads, support requests, vendor mail, newsletters, spam and phishing, at the rate you choose, so software that reads mail always has something real to read.

simmail · world
The World page: a realty company's profile and mailboxes, and a stream of seller leads arriving four a day
Your company

Mail that fits who you are

Give the company a name, a domain, an industry, what it sells, where it is and its time zone. List its mailboxes with a role each: sales, support, owner, billing, info. Senders are invented to fit.

The company's mailboxes sit next to your app's own logins, so you can watch both sides.

Nine kinds of mail

Leads that answer back, spam that never does

  • From people who answer Leads, support, vendors, partners, customers and your own kinds. A new sender becomes a person who replies, remembers, promises and follows up.
  • From senders who never answer Newsletters, spam and phishing, filed straight into the mailbox the way unwanted mail arrives.
  • On the simulated clock An average rate per day, business hours if you want them, and every arrival logged in Activity.
simmail · activity
The Activity timeline with world.mail events: spam arriving at the company's hello mailbox, and the next one planned
Spam arrives at hello@ on its own, and the next one is already planned.
What to test with it

Software that reads mail, not only sends it

Routing and assignment

Leads to sales, support requests to the help desk, spam and phishing mixed in, at a steady rate.

Replies that continue

Answer a lead and they answer back, ask follow-up questions and remember what you told them.

Questions

Do inbound senders answer when my app replies?

Leads, support requests, vendors, partners, customers and custom streams come from people. Each new sender becomes an ordinary persona who replies, remembers, promises and follows up. Newsletters, spam and phishing come from senders who never answer.

Is the arrival rate exact?

No. per_day is an average per simulated day, up to 500, and arrivals are random, like real mail. With business_hours, mail only arrives Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00, in the company’s time zone.

Do I have to wait a day to see a stream work?

No. POST /api/world/streams/{id}/send sends one email from a stream now without changing its schedule. Or skip the simulated clock ahead and a day’s mail arrives in order.

Does the World use AI actions?

Yes: one to write each inbound email, and one more to invent each new sender. Your plan also caps how many streams can be enabled at once and how many inbound emails arrive a day. See Plans and limits.
